Brand resources
Tell your customers you deliver with Listo
Here is everything you need to say it right: the logo, the badge ready to use, and the rules that keep your brand and ours looking good together.
A ZIP with the logo in black and in white (PNG and SVG), the badge on three backgrounds, and this guide as a PDF.
The badge
The line is already written:
home delivery with Listo
It is the only thing you need to put on your ad, your menu or your story. Download it and place it as it comes, in whichever version contrasts best with your background.
On a light background
On a dark background
On Listo yellow
Exactly as it is
Do not redraw it, do not change its colors and do not separate the logo from the phrase. If it does not fit, make it smaller; do not crop it.
Minimum size
140 px wide on screen, 30 mm in print. Any smaller than that and the logo stops being readable.
Where it goes
In a corner or at the foot of your design, always smaller than your own name. Never as a headline.
The logo
Two versions, and no others
In black on light backgrounds, in white on dark ones. Download the file and use it exactly as it is: never in your color, never in yellow, never redrawn.
Clear space
Leave at least half the height of its L all around the logo, the way the gray line marks it. Nothing touches it: no text, no edges, not your own logo.
Minimum size
80 px wide on screen, 20 mm in print. If your design cannot give it that room, use the full badge instead of the logo on its own.
These colors only
Black (#15171C) or white. Listo yellow is for backgrounds and buttons, not for the logo, and your color is for your own brand.
The rules
Five rules so it looks right
next to your brand
Each one with an example of what to do and what not to do. If your design passes all five, publish it without asking.
Your brand leads
Your logo is the biggest thing in the design and the first thing anyone reads. Listo appears as the badge, smaller than your name, in a corner or at the foot. You are the one selling; we only carry the order.
Your name leads and the badge comes along.
Listo as the headline and your name in small type.
Say "with Listo", never "Listo brings it"
You sell and you deliver; Listo only carries the order. That is why the phrase is "Home delivery with Listo": you are the one speaking, and Listo is who you do it with. If Listo is the one speaking, as in "Listo brings it to you", it looks like Listo is your brand.
The whole phrase, with "with" in the middle.
Listo as the subject of the sentence reads as your brand.
No Listo couriers, no Listo boxes
Do not draw couriers, motorbikes, uniforms or packaging carrying our logo. Your customer will never see them: the courier arrives in their own clothes and your food goes in your own packaging. Promising otherwise makes both of us look bad.
Your food, your packaging, your photo. Badge at the foot.
A Listo courier and a Listo box that do not exist.
Your conditions are yours
If you only take cards, if you deliver within 2 km or if you close on Mondays, say so in your own block, away from the badge. Right up against our logo, it reads as a Listo rule, and Listo takes cash and covers up to 10 km.
Your conditions in your block; the badge on its own.
2 km coverage
Next to the logo, "card only" looks like a Listo rule.
Hands off the logo
Not in your color, not with a shadow, not with an outline, not stretched, not redrawn by hand. Download the file and use it as it is; if you need another size, scale the whole thing.
The file exactly as you download it, in black or white.
In your color, stretched and outlined, it is no longer our logo.
The phrases
What you can say about Listo
Copy and paste. Everything under Say this is true for any business that delivers with Listo; what is under Not this promises something that is not.
Say this
"Home delivery with Listo"
The phrase from the badge. It works as it is in an ad, on a menu or in a story.
"Pay in cash or by card on delivery"
Listo collects up to $1,000 per order in cash, and with a card link for the rest.
"We deliver up to 10 km away"
It is the real delivery radius from your place. If you deliver less than that, say it as your own rule.
"No commission per order"
Listo charges for the delivery, not a percentage of your sale. It is the biggest thing that sets Listo apart from an app.
Not this
"Listo couriers"
There is no uniformed fleet and no Listo boxes. Your customer would see something other than what you promised.
"Listo only takes cards"
Listo takes cash. If you would rather not handle it, that is your rule: say it in your own block, away from the badge.
"Listo coverage of 2 km"
Listo covers up to 10 km. A smaller limit is yours, not Listo's.
"Arrives in 20 minutes"
We do not promise arrival times and neither should you. Every trip is different.
The name
How the name is written
A capital first letter and lowercase after it, like any other name. In a heading it can go all caps, as long as the rest of the heading does too.
- Write it like this:Listo, with a capital L and the rest lowercase
- Never like this:listo delivery, Listo Delivery, LISTO in running text
- Never like this:Joined onto your own name: never "Your Business Listo" or "Listo Your Business"
- Never like this:With symbols next to the name: no ®, no ™, no MR

Share it on WhatsApp before you print it or publish it and we tell you the same day whether it works or what to move. It is free, and it saves us both an ad that has to be made again.
