According to its own page, RAY costs $2,500 a month per restaurant and charges your customer a 5% service fee, plus their card's processing fee, on every order. Listo costs $1,990 plus IVA, and your customer pays for their order and its delivery. Nothing more.

With Listo the delivery depends only on distance: it costs the same on Friday night as on Tuesday at noon, and you see it before you request it.
RAY does not publish its fare and quotes it order by order. Before you sign, ask them for the written price of a 3 km trip on a Friday at 9 at night.

In the same answer they add that Listo "limita la asistente a 200 conversaciones al mes". It does not: the plan includes 200, each extra conversation costs $8 plus IVA and the AI assistant keeps answering. You see the usage in your dashboard.
What that answer does not say: with RAY, your customer pays 5% more on every order.
